When selling a boat you as the owner need peace of mind that it is kept in top condition for viewing. In this market we may only get one shot at selling it. Being able to tie to a floating marina where it is easy for potential buyers to get on and off the boat with their families is very important. There is little excess wash through the marina and so it allows buyers to take their time and gather all the facts before making their decision. Once purchased we have the facility to carry out most of the buying inspections on site. This allows easier access for me, less running around for the boat and ultimately a smoother surveying process and a much quicker sale for my clients.
